Had a FANTASTIC weekend!!!
We are home, unpacked and back into the swing of things here at the Zoo. The drive down was smooth, no traffic, made great time - even stopped to take some photos at the Whirlpool and stopped for lunch! We checked into Great Wolf Lodge a little bit early (normally a 1pm check-in) and were surprised that our room was ready and we could get our wristbands on! The standard room was fantastic, has two queen beds and a pullout couch - lots of room for everyone, a neat little balcony with a great view of the trees and outdoor pool (which was closed) we unpacked a bit, took advantage of the mini-fridge and then suited up for the waterpark! We all had a great afternoon swimming, going down slides and the parents tired out before the kiddos did!! We trekked up to our room to get dressed and decided to head over to the US for some dinner and shopping. No line-up over the border and we were at the Olive Garden in no time, too bad everyone else had the same idea - we had an hours wait, but weren...
