Wow! How fast one year has passed by sweet baby girl - you have been a true blessing to us. I can hardly believe it was just a short 365 days ago that you joined our family, it seems like you have been here forever. Mommy has written a letter for you, and placed it in your baby box, which is very full of special treasures that we have saved for you. I even worked on your baby book this week - how is that for special? I remember when we found out we were expecting you, everyone said it was your Gramma Simpson who sent you to us and that you would be a little girl to complete our family. Gramma always told us 3 was a crowd, and we'd have to round it out with another. Mommy remembers laughing at Gramma, saying "never" - so yes, now Mommy believes you were sent by your very own Guardian Angel from above, her photo hangs in our living room so we can see her face every day. Do you ever wonder if time is significant? One year ago today, I woke up at 4am with a horrible headache and blurry vision. I remember going down to the kitchen, taking 2 tylenol with a huge glass of lemonade and then laying back in bed feeling Lauren's slow but steady movements. I even wrote the time down on a little piece of paper, so I knew what time it was when I paged the midwife. Once it became daylight, I paged the midwife and we met at the hospital - we ended up beginning the birth process and she was born at 11:15pm. 4am this morning, Lauren woke up for a drink. It was pretty weird to think that 365 days ago, I was doing the same thing at the same time (well, this time for her) She's gotten a bunch of kisses and hugs from her brothers - she's getting her 2 cabbage patch kids today, she's going to be so excited to see her dollies and we may head to Build A Bear to get her bunny!

The boys had their first day of school yesterday, currently it's very quiet with both little ones sleeping! I'm not quite sure what to do with my free time! Kevin's in Grade 3 and Ryan is in Grade 1, but a split 1/2 grade. Both like their teachers and are on their way to making new friends. Boys with Dylan Kevin Ryan
