Happy Valentines Day!!! I saw Allisoun this morning for my 31 week check-up. Things look good, blood pressure is fine, and the trace in my urine is still present but hasn't gotten worse so it's okay. Baby's measuring right on at 31 weeks, and his heartrate is in the mid-140's he's still head down, and body is to the left, makes my belly feel a little lobsided. I found out I should have pre-registered at the hospital by 24 weeks, so I have to call and get myself in there, whoops. It's not a huge deal, just means when I am in labor, Gary won't have to leave me to go fill out a million forms about my health history and our insurance information. We had a nice lunch out today since Gary is on afternoons, I was loving the variety of foods (Italian buffet!) and all the fresh fruit I could eat - Ryan was happy with his ceasar salad, canteloupe and watermelon. Well, pretty much! Painting was done over the weekend along with bringing in all the baby gear and bins of clothing. Gary was off for 5 days, and I bet he's grateful for having to go back, I had him always doing something while he was off. We got most of everything cleaned up and I started sorting through clothes - so far Dylan has 30 newborn sleepers 7-12lbs, I don't think I'll have to do much laundry in the first few days. I've been trying to get other things together, diapers, wipes, lotions and stuff. I'm now on bi-weekly appointments with my Midwife, she's been great about keeping my blood pressure in check - it was about this time with Ryan when everything started going wrong, so I've been trying hard not to do too much and stay off my feet.
